All homeowners are required to submit an Architectural Control Committee Approval form, either by certified mail or personal delivery to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), prior to the approval of any changes made to the exterior of your home. You may not start your improvements without first receiving written approval from the ACC.
Per our Declaration of Restrictions, Section 14, exterior improvements include, but are not limited to, front, side, and rear yard hardscape, plants, trees, landscaping, painting, fencing, playground equipment, etc. You may find specific details in the Clearwater Creek Declaration of Restrictions found online here.
